Shipping Policy

Free Freight Shipping

  • Coverage: Free freight delivery to all US states (excluding APO/FPO addresses).
  • Processing Time: Orders process within 1-3 business days (M-F, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
  • Carrier: Professional freight carriers with lift-gate service for residential delivery.
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided once your order ships.

Shipping Details

  • Large items ship via freight with curbside delivery (driver unloads at tailgate).
  • You must be present for delivery or arrange access.
  • Inspect packages at delivery for damage before signing. Note any issues on the bill of lading.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup from our warehouse.

Order Changes

  • Address/item changes possible before shipping. Contact us immediately.
  • Once shipped, changes require return after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)

Eligible Returns

  • 30 days from delivery date
  • Unused mowers in original, unopened packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and paperwork included
  • Same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used mowers
  • Missing original packaging or components
  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Custom orders

Return Process

  1. Contact support@metromiix.com with order number and reason within 30 days
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack securely in original box (or equivalent protection)
  4. Ship back (customer pays standard returns; we cover defects)

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed within 3-7 business days after inspection
  • Original payment method credited (may take 5-10 days to appear)
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable (except our errors)

Defective or Wrong Item

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We provide prepaid return label and replacement/exchange
  • Full refund or replacement at our discretion

Exchanges

  • Available within 30 days, subject to stock availability
  • Process as return + new order or direct swap when possible

Important Notes

  • Freight Damage: Must be noted on delivery receipt. File carrier claim within 48 hours.
  • Pallet Disposal: Customer responsible for freight pallet removal.
  • Commercial Addresses: May qualify for dock delivery (no lift-gate fee).
